Agencies choose to work with us because our values closely align with theirs. If our values are not similar then we don’t believe our product is relevant to them.

So for us the process starts with a detailed discussion with the Agency about the roles they have today and tomorrow. From this we get a ‘feel’ for the Agency, it‘s philosophy, culture, ambitions and even their idiosyncrasies.

This Strategic perspective is fundamental so that we understand the context of any specific role. Further discussions then take place to develop the Job ‘brief’ and most particularly the personal characteristics, skills and competencies, essential for success in the role.

Using this personal specification we endeavour to find the candidates that closely match these needs from our wide register of candidates and known ‘stars’. We follow this up with initial conversations with these candidates to ensure that before we open this door for them, we are clear that the opportunity is right for both; for the candidate that it meets their immediate and longer term career development needs; and for the Client, someone who provides the skills, competencies and experience to excel at the job

Only then will we put forward the candidate’s name to the Client.

So we are about finding the right opportunities, for the right people in the right Agency. Hence philosophy – “the right doors held open”

In order to bring an industry overview to all our work we need to keep our finger on the pulse of the sector to ensure our market knowledge and intelligence is as up to date and relevant as any of our competitors.
